Gamechanger 316 is dedicated to strengthening coaches and athletes walk with Jesus Christ, encouraging them to lead with integrity and equipping them to influence their teammates, families, and communities for the Kingdom of God.

Meet Our Director: A Passionate Leader Committed to Your Growth
Coach Charlie Weatherbie
With over 30 years of experience in coaching college football - including 17 years as the head coach at Utah State University, the United States Naval Academy, and the University of Louisiana Monroe - Coach Charlie Weatherbie is deeply passionate about using sports as a powerful platform to impact the lives of coaches and athletes for Jesus Christ. He shares the conviction expressed by Billy Graham: "A coach can impact more people in one year than most people can in a lifetime."
Coach Weatherbie is also an Ordained Pastor. After serving as the Director of Local Missions at First Baptist Church Orlando, Coach Weatherbie was called to join the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where he spent nine years leading ministry efforts across four counties as the Director in Southwest Florida. During this time, God placed a deep desire in his heart to focus on reaching coaches with the Gospel - believing that when a coach's heart is transformed through Christ, their influence can change athletes, schools, and the communities they serve.
GAMECHANGER 316 is committed to creating eternal impact by investing in the spiritual growth of coaches, athletes, and families, while connecting them to their local church.
